Biomes and Speed Gates
IGN lists 10 biomes. Each has its own pet pool, a guardian, and a recommended speed for getting an egg home.
Recommended speeds
IGN: you can walk into a biome under the listed speed, but the parent will likely catch you once you steal. The biomes guide also says doubling the listed number is a safer farming margin, and other players can still stop a run.

- Desert: IGN’s All Biomes page lists Swan here, the same name as Lake.
- Cherry Blossom: IGN’s Sakura Incubator guide names Kitsune as the guardian. IGN’s All Biomes page names Oni Tiger. Both are Cherry Blossom pets.
